“I am not sure what triggered the conversation the other day that Krystal and I had but it has been about eight years, if you can believe it, since we changed over our insurance to be handled through your agency. We all knew at the time it was a new relationship and there are always feelings of trepidation. That being said, we thought this was a good time to tell you we feel this was a positive move for our organization. Obviously we have valued the association and strength of a company like Philadelphia as our carrier (except for their premium increases!). We especially want to comment on and single out Lee Anne Stone. As our day-to-day representative with your firm she has been outstanding in handling our account matters and in addition is a pleasure to work with. Additionally, we wanted to compliment your staff members, Barbara Valez and Gail Scalzo, who are always responsive in processing claims and certificate issuance’s as needed.
